For any prescription medicine, yes. We do not sell Schedule H1 or X medicines, or narcotic and habit-forming ones, at all. A registered pharmacist verifies it before dispatch and their registration number is recorded on the sale.

We say so. We never show a nearly-right medicine — a near miss is worse than none. Every search that finds nothing is recorded automatically, so we can see what to add. You can also send the prescription on WhatsApp and a pharmacist will look for it.

An order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. We replace or refund only if we delivered the wrong item, or a medicine that expires within 3 months. Call us within 15 days of delivery; we handle these by phone.
